Just click your unique join link and your browser should lead you to the workshop directly. 

However, we strongly suggest that you use a device with a bigger screen like on a laptop or tablet, since Dr. Chiu will be showing slides that will be easier to read on a bigger screen. 

Please make sure your web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc) is up-to-date so you won’t come across any problems!

Wi-fi should be your first choice!

If you have strong and fast Wi-Fi connection, you should have no problems watching the workshop in High Definition.

While the workshop will work on 4G or LTE, you may experience freezing, lags, or an occasional decline in video quality.

For the best viewing experience we recommend Wi-fi.

The workshop will be 60 minutes in length.

Dr. Chiu will teach and present for 40 minutes with the last 20 minutes open for Q&A.

He'll get to as many burning questions you have about what he covered in the workshop. If there are a lot of questions, he'll stay longer and answer as many as possible for you.

We encourage participation and engagement. You'll have access to a public chatroom and moderators will be tagging any questions about the workshop that you may have.

Your questions will be answered by Dr. Chiu during the Q&A segment.
Because we are hosting a live event, we’d love the experience to be as interactive as possible so expect polls, questions, and handouts during the workshop.

On a smaller screen like a phone, swipe to the left to access the chat box and swipe right to return to the webinar.

Before the workshop, your join link should lead you to a waiting room with a live event countdown. You will also see options to mark the workshop schedule on your iCal, Google or Outlook calendar.
